ABOUT US
The Porsche Club SA – KZN is comprised of Porsche enthusiasts from all walks of life and with a range of cars from the older 356 and 944s to the very latest 911 models available. Members share in their passion for this very prestigious marque. The club offers Porsche drivers a variety of events that are certain to please all members.
Track Days and Autocrosses
A number of track days and autocrosses are held throughout the year. Members challenge themselves by putting their cars through their paces around the track or around cones that map out the Autocross circuit. No pressure is placed on drivers and they participate in the events at their own pace. Drivers learn and improve their skills and handling capabilities. These events have proved to be very popular.
Social Events
Numerous Social events are held throughout the year to suit a wide variety of tastes. From Sunday Breakfast Runs to Barnyard Theatre evenings, the club tries its best to cater for all. The breakfast runs comprise a scenic drive to a venue where members enjoy lunch or brunch with good company and enjoyable conversation.
Show and Shine Events
The club holds show and shine events during the year where proud owners display their beautiful cars which have been lovingly shone and polished. The competition is judged by placing models in various classes. Several judges judge individual categories i.e. rims & tyres form one criteria and windscreens and glass another. Total scores from each judge are tallied and prizes are awarded. The ladies get to choose their favourite of the day and members do the same.
Magazine
The club publishes a glossy magazine, detailing the past and forthcoming events. Members are welcome to advertise their businesses in this magazine at very competitive rates. We also put out an e-mail report shortly after each event.
National Porsche Parade
This event is held in a different region each year, usually over the long weekend in September. Porsche owners from all over the country gather together for five days of racing, socializing and good Porsche fellowship. This is an event not to be missed.
Membership
Membership is annual and runs from January to December. Annual membership fees are R1350,00 and there is a once-off joining fee of R500 for new members.

New memberships are R1850,00. This is made up of a R500,00 joining fee and R1350,00 annual membership fee.
New members joining from the 1st of October, your membership will be valid for the following year.
Current memberships need to be renewed by March.
Memberships renewed after March will be subject to a R500 joining/admin fee.
2023 membership fees are R1350,00
