Concours – A day for Porsche car owners to celebrate the beauty of their vehicles, and have them judged in various categories. From the very serious D’Etat  – where you are judged on absolutely everything, to the more casual D’Excellence – which is not much more than a ‘wash n go’ class – How serious you want to be is up to you!

ENTRANCE FEE: Entry into the Concours is free and open to all paid up members and their partner/spouse.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONSCORING :
  Scoring will be done on the day and winners will be announced after lunch.CLASSES:
  In all classes, except Outlaw,  cars will be divided into decades, each decade will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy.OUTLAW CLASS: For interest sake you may display ‘before’ photos of your vehicle if you have any. These should be displayed creatively in front of your vehicle.
• ALL cars need to arrive under their own power, cars delivered to the venue in a truck/trailer will have penalties applied.
• REGISTRATION:
  You may only participate if you have pre-entered. STRICTLY NO entries will be accepted on the day

CLASSES
There are 5 different classes and you can enter as many cars as you wish. From the very serious D’Etat  – where you are judged on absolutely everything, to the more casual D’Excellence – which is not much more than a ‘wash n go’ class – How serious you want to be is up to you!

We will also be holding a NOGGIN on the 13th June, for any members who need to know more about a Concours, or any info on how the scoring works.

NOTE: D’ETAT entries need Pre Authorisation.

We need the following documents to reach us no later than 14th of June!
1. Your car’s birth certificate.
If you don’t have one, you need to send us the following documents.
2. A copy of your car’s registration paper
3. A copy of your ID document.

CLOSING DATE FOR D’ETAT PRE-AUTHORISATION:
14th June

SCORING | JUDGING | PARKING
All scores will be submitted digitally and announced on the day.

CLASSES: CLICK HERE for a detailed explanation of each class and their score sheets to see how you will be judged.

JUDGING CATEGORIES: In all classes, except Outlaw,  cars will be divided into decades, each decade will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy.

PARKING:
All participating cars must be parked between 07:00 and 08:45.
There will be a designated parking area for each category to facilitate grouping and swift scoring.
After registering and collecting your entry pack you will be directed to your designated parking area.

Judging starts at 09:00
Lunch 12:30 – 1:30
Prize Giving will follow directly after lunch.
