Concours – A day for Porsche car owners to celebrate the beauty of their vehicles, and have them judged in various categories. From the very serious D’Etat  – where you are judged on absolutely everything, to the more casual D’Excellence – which is not much more than a ‘wash n go’ class – How serious you want to be is up to you!

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All entrants will be obliged to stay until the end of prize giving as we cannot move the participating vehicles during the event.

NO late entries will be accepted.

NO entries will be taken on the day – this is strictly a PRE-ENTRY event.

NOTE: D’ETAT entries need Pre Authorisation.

We need the following documents to reach us no later than 14th of June!
1. Your car’s birth certificate.
If you don’t have one, you need to send us the following documents.
2. A copy of your car’s registration paper
3. A copy of your ID document.

SCORING :
Scoring will be done on the day and winners will be announced after lunch.

CLASSES:
In all classes, except Outlaw,  cars will be divided into decades, each decade will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophy.

OUTLAW CLASS: For interest sake you may display ‘before’ photos of your vehicle if you have any. These should be displayed creatively in front of your vehicle.

REGISTRATION:
You may only participate if you have pre-entered. STRICTLY NO entries will be accepted on the day

Extreme Enthusiast – not for the faint hearted!
Authenticity, condition and cleanliness (absolutely everything will be checked! Exterior, Engine Bay, Luggage Area, Wheel Arches, Interior and much, much more…)

D’Elegance
Extreme Enthusiast. Similar to D’Etat but originality is not taken into account.
Condition and cleanliness: (Engine Bay, Luggage Area, Exhaust and Engine underneath)

D’Excellence:
Mild Enthusiast – I only have time for a quick wash and go…
Basic cleanliness: (Interior, Exterior and Engine) No more effort than a Shine and Show.

Outlaw
Bespoke vehicle. Originality does not count.
Modifications and additions by owner enhancing sport look of the vehicle.

Race and Rally
Racing Enthusiasts – my car was built for speed!
Cars have had to be used in a Regional or National Racing Series, the PCSA Time Trial or AutoX Series within the past 6 months.

Score sheets are available for download so you can see how your car will be judged.

PARKING:
All participating cars must be parked on the lawns between 07:00 and 08:45.
There will be a designated parking area for each entry to facilitate grouping and swift scoring.

Lunch 12:30 – 1:30
Prize Giving will follow directly after lunch.
