The Annual General Meeting of the Porsche Club South Africa – Central will be held on Sunday 23 February 2025 at 10:30am at Magalies Park, Convention Centre, Hartbeespoort.

*All paid-up members (plus one) are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast prior to the AGM.

Additional family members who wish to attend will be charged as follows:-
Adults R280.00 pp
Children (12 years and under) R180.00 pp.

MEETING POINTS: 
Mugg & Bean, Jean Crossing Shopping Centre, De Hoewes, Centurion
MEET AT: 07:30
DEPART: 08:00 (Sharp) 
The convoy should arrive at approximately 09:00 at Magalies Park for members who wish to go directly to the venue.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be:

1. The confirmation of the minutes of the AGM held on the 25th of Feb 2024
2. The consideration and adoption of the Annual Reports from the President, Treasurer and Secretary.
3. The consideration and adoption of the audited Annual Financial Statements.
4. The election of the Committee for the ensuing year.

NOTES:
Regarding a proxy, the Constitution provides as follows: ” A member not able to attend an AGM may be presented by another member, provided it is for a BONA FIDE illness, health, out of the area on business or holiday reasons, who will hold his / her proxy vote provided that a proxy will be entitled to represent only one principle”. A proxy form is attached.

Nominations for Committee members must be received 14 days before and have Proposer & Seconder and the nominee’s written consent for being nominated.
